LOOK FAMOUS – POLICIES & TERMS

1. EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are allowed for sizing issues or defective products only.

  • If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid.

2. SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders.

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days.

International Orders

  • Shipping fees apply, calculated at checkout based on location.

  • Delivery times vary based on country (typically 10-20 business days).

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.

  • After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.

Each piece is crafted with premium materials and should be handled with care:

✔ Wash inside out in cold water.
✔ Do not tumble dry.
✔ Iron inside out on low heat, avoiding the print.
